CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT TESTING
If you can't see what you're cleaning, then doesn't matter how frequently or throughly you clean. We want make sure that you have the full peace of mind that nothing is growing in your sterile environment. So with our equipment, we'll test the air and surface in your sterile environments, then send off the samples to our lab to be cultured. We sample for fungal and bacterial growth in the air and on surfaces. We can sample:
Did your first set of samples come back positive for growth? No problem. We'll come back to retest when you feel you are ready, and our technicians will observe the environment to point out any details that may be a cause of the first failure and any other potential signs that could cause future problems. And if you have an environment that's not listed above, ask us about it and we'll see if we can test it!
Have you found a new location that you ready to move to? Is it time to get a new clean air device for you lab or pharmacy? Maybe it's just time to decommission or dispose of an old unit. Either way, you'll need to have that unit decontaminated before it can be moved. Decontamination is also required if HEPA filters and blower motors are to be replaced. The process of decontaminating is kept safe by completely sealing up the unit so that all the gasses at work inside, don't escape into the surrounding environment so any equipment or research inside the room are safe from harm. We provide a Paraformaldehyde decontamination for Biological Safety Cabinets (Class I II and III) and Animal Transfer Stations as these are most commonly what requires decontamination for maintenance and transport, but if you feel it would be more safe to have your particular unit decontaminated, please let us know and we'll set up an appointment to get the work done.
Want to know more about the decontamination process? Go to the Decontamination section of our FAQ and read the step-by-step guide.
